Hi, I’m Lynn.
I’m a product designer bringing human‑centered design and systems thinking to complex problems. I’ve shaped products and strategy for Visa, Apple, and Walmart, and I’m most energized by designing intuitive, elegant experiences for emerging technology.

WORK EXPERIENCE
ABOUT
Big-picture thinking. Care in the details.
I’ve spent 15+ years designing payments, commerce, and consumer experiences that a lot of people depend on, at Visa, Apple, Walmart.com, PayPal, and Bank of America. Today, as a Staff Product Designer in San Francisco, I’m drawn to the work that doesn’t have a clear answer yet. I help set the design direction, build systems that scale, and partner closely with product and engineering leaders to turn emerging technology into products people trust and use.
At Visa, I was a lead visual designer on Look & Go, a first-of-its-kind facial recognition payment concept, and designed the system behind Visa Now for the FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl LII, and the Winter Olympics. Today, I partner with clients through Lynn Gee Design.
HOW I WORK
Making ambiguous ideas tangible
I start with people. Before designing anything, I work to understand the problem through research, workshops, and conversations with the teams closest to it. From there, I move quickly from sketches to prototypes, so ideas become something people can react to, test, and improve. I make trade-offs explicit, design systems that scale, and validate decisions with research and data. Above all, I care about clarity: work that’s grounded in real needs and easy for a team to act on.
